Being neurodivergent means that I know the struggles and challenges that come with being different.
My mission is to help neurodivergent individuals like you feel confident and empowered on your fitness journey.
I was late diagnosed with autism and ADHD. Before my diagnosis I struggled to exercise due to sensory overwhelm and anxiety.
Now I’ve found myself, I want to help others do the same.
